The Guest Services Team, as knowledgeable front-line staff, provides excellent, friendly customer service to our visitors. Greeting and welcoming our visitors, helping visitors with admission and memberships, informing them of daily activities, upcoming special events, and areas of interest are some of the Guest Services Team‘s daily responsibilities. All Guest Services Team members are cross-trained for retail sales in our museum store, The More to Explore Store. This is a perfect position for high school and college students with flexible weekend hours. Part-time Program Guide - Greenville Location
The Children’s Museum of the Upstate is seeking a Program Guide to assist in maintaining a safe, fun, engaging and educational Museum experience for all visitors and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and will showcase excellent customer service. Program Guides are responsible for the safety and supervision on the Museum floor during open hours, and will also be assigned duties related to teaching classes, camps, daily lessons and demonstrations. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Must work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
