Golden Ticket Drawing Rules and Regulations
How To Enter
Tickets are $50 each. One chance of winning a prize per ticket. You must choose one item per ticket. You need not be present at the drawing to win. Tickets will be entered into a random drawing to be held at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Greenville, March 31, at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Eligibility
Ticket sales are extended to the public. Persons buying a ticket must be at least twenty one (21) years of age. Ticket sales are void where prohibited by law. The drawing is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Sough Carolina, the City and County of Greenville, and all applicable federal laws.
Obligations of Winners
Winners must take possession of prize(s) by pickup from The Children’s Museum no later than 5:00 PM on April 7, 2011 (the “Deadline”). In the event that the winner does not take possession of a prize by the Deadline, the prize shall be forfeited and The Children’s Museum shall re-draw another ticket in its place, with such re-drawn winning ticket holder having seven (7) days to take possession of the prize(s).
Release of The Circle of The Children’s Museum and The Children’s Museum of the Upstate, Inc. and Observance of Rules
By purchasing a ticket and entering this drawing, you agree to abide by these Rules. You also agree to release and hold harmless The Circle of The Children’s Museum, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate, Inc., and/or their respective officers, directors, members, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, loss, damages, actions or causes of action arising from the drawing and the products being given as prizes, including and without limitation real or perceived flaws or problems relating to the drawing process. The Circle makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, regarding the prize(s), their condition, safety or fitness for any use, or for the tax consequences, if any, of purchasing a ticket or winning a prize(s) in the drawing.
