Reedy River Bend

The Reedy River Bend exhibit reflects the lush, beautiful and peaceful outdoors of Upstate South Carolina’s forests, mountains, Reedy River suspension bridge and waterfalls.  At the Reedy River Bend you’ll discover the wonders of the Earth’s most abundant resources through an interactive system of pulleys, pumps, wheels and pipes that demonstrate how we manipulate the multifunctional power of water.  It’s also a great way to learn more about the natural landscape in our area and the role water played in our region’s development and history.
