The Michelin Youth Empowered through Service (Yes!) Program provides programming designed to promote positive interaction and collaboration for 11 to 14 year olds, teach them leadership skills, give them creative outlets and expose them to the personal benefits that can be derived from community involvement. The program’s goal is to be a conduit for the enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence that stems from involvement and gives young people the feeling that they matter and can make a difference in the world around them.
