Grandma Betty’s Farm

Packed with activities for the youngest visitors, Grandma Betty’s Farm is a special area of the museum designed specifically for ages 0-5. The farm includes a realistic clapboard farmhouse with a tin roof, front porch, and a pair of rocking chairs for storytelling. The interior includes a kitchen with everything visitors need to cook-up some fun. Outside there is a vegetable garden that can be planted and harvested time and again. A large tree serves as toddler climbing structure complete with a slide. The Grassy knoll, a specifically designed area for infants and crawlers, provides a soft, safe, developmentally-appropriate exploration and play space.
