Packed with activities for the youngest visitors, Grandma Betty’s Farm is a special area of the Museum designed specifically for infants and toddlers. The farm includes a realistic clapboard farmhouse complete with a kitchen containing everything visitors need to cook-up some fun. Outside, there is a vegetable garden that can be planted and harvested time and again. The Farm is home to a horse, some pigs and chickens and a dairy cow that is ready to be milked. A large tree serves as a toddler climbing structure complete with a slide. The Grassy Knoll, a specially-designed area for infants and crawlers, provides a soft, safe, developmentally-appropriate exploration and play space.
